Preparing Our Anxious Kids for an Uncertain School Year

There is one thing for sure, next school year is completely uncertain. Will kids go back to school? Will they wear masks? Will school be online or in person?

There are more questions than answers when we look ahead.

Next school year brings with it many unknowns which can cause an increase in anxiety in our already anxious kids. In this episode I talk about some approaches to mitigate some of their struggles.

So how do you help an anxious child who craves consistency and stability when reality is anything but that right now? We can’t provide complete comfort, but there are a few things we can do to mitigate some of the struggle.
