What is Your Teen’s Social Anxiety and What is Their True Self?
Often when we think of getting relief from social anxiety we think of an image of our teen being social, friendly, talkative and bubbly. We might imagine them having a zillion friends or being comfortable for hours at a party.
But what if that is not who they truly are?

The goal of beating social anxiety is not for them to turn into something they are genuinely not. It is helpful to look at who they are beyond their social anxiety.
In this week’s YouTube video I talk to teens and adults about how to explore their true self separate from social anxiety and how to develop realistic goals that honor their true self.
