What is Your Teen’s Social Anxiety and What is Their True Self?

Often when we think of getting relief from social anxiety we think of an image of our teen being social, friendly, talkative and bubbly. We might imagine them having a zillion friends or being comfortable for hours at a party.

But what if that is not who they truly are?

Who are they outside of their social anxiety? What is their social anxiety, and what is really THEM?

What is your social anxiety and what is your true self?

In this week’s YouTube video I talk to teens and adults about how to explore their true self separate from social anxiety and how to develop realistic goals that honor their true self.
