Anxiety loves to live in the past and in the future. Teaching kids how to live in the moment can help reduce anxiety.

Anxiety loves to live in the past and in the future. How often are anxious kids lost in their own thoughts? How often are anxious kids living out a traumatic event that will never even happen?

When we teach kids to live in the moment, to soak up the moment – something beautiful can happen. Their brain has no space for anxiety.
