Helping Kids Who Get Scared of Strange Noises

Anxiety is on high alert. It is quietly scanning the environment for anything and everything that doesn’t sound “normal.” Unfortunately that includes noises like the air conditioning, the ice maker or the house settling.
In this week’s kids YouTube video, I talk to kids and teens about how anxiety likes to press the false alarm on common household noises and what to do when it happens.
