How Your Child Sees the World Can Impact Their Ability to Get Relief from Anxiety or OCD

This video is for educational purposes only and is not intended to replace the guidance of a qualified professional.

Is the cup half empty or half full for your child? How they view their world and their situation can make a huge difference in how they handle anxiety or OCD.

In this week’s YouTube video, I talk to kids and teens about how a more positive view of life can impact their struggles with anxiety or OCD.

Reducing their symptoms of OCD or anxiety takes inner strength. It takes the belief that things can get better. It takes determination to continue taking small steps until they see results.

When they see everything, not just anxiety or OCD, as negative, hopeless and bad, their energy is depleted.

When they see the positive aspects of a situation, they are more likely to have a positive outlook around anxiety or OCD as well.

The way we view things can always change. In this week’s YouTube video I talk to kids and teens about how a more positive view of life can impact their struggles with anxiety or OCD.
