Does OCD Make Your Child Worry They’ll Catch Other People’s Traits?

OCD can make us worry about anything, including worrying we’ll catch someone else’s traits. This is often based typically on whatever OCD theme is driving it. 

In this week’s YouTube video I talk to kids, teens and young adults about how OCD uses other people’s traits as a trigger and what they can do about it.

I have seen people worry about seeing old people, bald people, overweight people, punk people, people with special needs and tons of other specific characteristics. 

OCD can bombard people with intrusive images of people with these characteristics or overwhelm them with intrusive thoughts when they see people with these characteristics.
