Motivating Kids by Asking, “What is Anxiety or OCD Ruining for You?”

It can be hard to motivate kids to work on anxiety or OCD. It can be a hard sell to tell them that the more they do hard things, the easier it will become.

Anxiety or OCD can be demanding and convincing. So how are we supposed to motivate our kids to work on their issues?

Some kids have a hard time being motivated to work on their anxiety or OCD. In this kids Youtube video I teach kids how to get their power and life back.

In this week’s kids/teens Youtube video, I am getting kids to think about what anxiety or OCD is ruining for them. I am getting them to feel empowered to take the reigns back. To take their life back. One step, one action at a time.
