About Natasha Daniels
Natasha Daniels has been an anxiety & OCD therapist for over two decades. She has become the go-to global expert for parents raising kids with anxiety and OCD. She combines both her clinical expertise with her lived experience of raising her own three kids with anxiety and OCD.
She is the creator of the popular website AT Parenting Survival, as well as the host of the top-rated show AT Parenting Survival Podcast and the Youtube channel, Anxiety & OCD Support. She also gives in-depth support to thousands of parents raising kids with anxiety or OCD through her online membership AT Parenting Community.
Natasha is also the author of Anxiety Sucks! A Teen Survival Guide, How to Parent Your Anxious Toddler, Social Skills Activities for Kids, It’s Brave to Be Kind, The Grief Rock, and Crushing OCD Workbook for Kids.
Her work has been featured in various places including Huffington Post, Scary Mommy, PsychCentral, The Child Mind Institute, and The Mighty. She is a frequent presenter and collaborator with various OCD organizations including The International OCD Foundation, OCD Game Changers, Made of Millions and NOCD.
Natasha received her MSW from Arizona State University in 2000. Since then she has received advanced training in OCD through the International OCD Foundation’s general BTTI and pediatric BTTI trainings. She has received one-on-one consultation from leading researchers in the field of OCD. She has been trained by Eli Lebowitz in the SPACE approach.
